The connecting rod bearing supports the piston with the piston pin in the connecting rod eye of the crankshaft. Due to the needles as rolling elements, it is suitable for the highest impact loads, which is caused by the explosive combustion of the gasoline-air mixture. Via the connecting rod bearing, the stroke movement of the piston is converted into a rotational movement of the crankshaft.

1x needle roller and cage assembly needle bearing 12x16x16mm small end bearing (part numbers: 09263-12020-000, 09263-12015-000)
